जय अहोई माता, मैया जय अहोई माता। संतान सुख प्रदायिनी, सब दुःख हरता॥ तारों को देख कर, पूजन हम करते। मैया की कृपा से, सब कष्ट हरते॥ अहोई मातु की महिमा, जग में है भारी। जो भी व्रत करे, उसकी विपदा टारी॥
Transliteration
Jai Ahoi Mata, Maiya Jai Ahoi Mata. Santan sukh pradayini, sab dukh harta. Taaron ko dekh kar, poojan hum karte. Maiya ki kripa se, sab kasht harte. Ahoi Maatu ki mahima, jag mein hai bhaari. Jo bhi vrat kare, uski vipda taari.
Meaning / Translation
Victory to Mother Ahoi, the giver of happiness to children and remover of all sorrows. We worship looking at the stars; by Mother's grace, all sufferings are removed. The glory of Mother Ahoi is great in this world; whoever observes this fast, their calamities are averted.

पूजन विधि: सूर्योदय से पूर्व व्रत का संकल्प लें। दिन भर निर्जला व्रत रखें। शाम को तारों को निकलने के बाद अहोई माता की तस्वीर की पूजा करें, कथा सुनें और फिर अर्घ्य देकर व्रत खोलें।
Transliteration
Pujan Vidhi: Suryoday se poorv vrat ka sankalp lein. Din bhar nirjala vrat rakhein. Shaam ko taaron ko nikalne ke baad Ahoi Mata ki tasveer ki pooja karein, katha sunein aur phir arghya dekar vrat kholein.
Meaning / Translation
Ritual Method: Take a vow for the fast before sunrise. Keep a waterless fast throughout the day. In the evening, after the stars appear, worship the image of Mother Ahoi, listen to the sacred story (Katha), and break the fast after offering prayers to the stars.

Vrat ke labh: Is vrat ke paalan se santan par aane wale sabhi sankat door hote hain, parivaar mein sukh-samriddhi aati hai aur santan ko deerghayu praapt hoti hai.

Benefits of the Fast: By observing this fast, all obstacles and dangers facing the children are removed, prosperity and happiness enter the family, and the children are blessed with longevity.
