Sochai soch na hoee, je sochee lakh vaar, je manda akheeai, changa akhvae, changa akhvana, changa akhana, chang Nanak tosi, Prabh ka bhana, manana, man ka lana
Meaning: Purity of mind cannot be achieved, even if one bathes at sacred shrines, countless times, if one speaks ill of others and praises oneself, but, O Nanak, this is the way to please God, to accept His will, and to dedicate one's mind to Him
